Dr. David Conley (Director, Center for Educational Policy Research, University of Oregon) discusses 'college and career readiness' and how families, students, schools and systems can improve their focus on it. Dr. Conley visited Houston on November 3, 2009, as keynote speaker during a Houston A+ Challenge resource conference for five local school districts participating in the Preparing to Dream initaitive.
