Joe and Harriet Foster
Joe B. Foster served on the Houston A+ Challenge Board of Trustees from 1999 to late 2010, and served as chairman of the board from 2006 to 2008.
Through The Joe B. Foster Foundation, Mr. and Mrs. Foster are sponsoring a series of dinner events related to Houston A+ Challenge's 2010-11 National Speaker Series.
These events will allow thought leaders from throughout the Houston region -- including superintendents, school board members, elected officials, business and foundation leaders -- to delve deeper into conversation with national experts in education research, policy and practice.
Houston A+ Challenge salutes the Fosters for their leadership and dedication to Houston's public schools and students!
